What this site is

Prapancha Katha publishes journalism-style summaries of real criminal cases in India, presented as short vertical videos with written descriptions, in English and Telugu. It is provided for information and education.Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for official court records or professional counsel.

Editorial policy

We cover cases in which criminal proceedings have concluded and a conviction has been recorded. We work from publicly available material — court outcomes, official statements, and established news reporting. Where a case is summarised, dramatised or condensed for a short video format, that condensation is our editorial interpretation of the public record, not a verbatim account of proceedings.

People named in our coverage are named because they were named in the public record. We do not allege crimes beyond what courts have determined, and we don't publish claims about people whose cases have not concluded.

Corrections and removal requests

We take accuracy seriously. If you believe something we published is factually wrong, out of date, misattributed, or infringes your rights, tell us and we will review it promptly and correct or remove it where warranted. Intellectual property

The written descriptions, artwork, branding and page design ofPrapancha Katha belong to Prapancha Katha. You may share links freely. You may not republish, re-upload or resell our content — including re-uploading our videos to other accounts or platforms — without written permission.

Videos shown on this site are embedded from YouTube and Instagram and remain subject to those platforms' terms. Any third-party names, logos or footage referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, to harass or threaten anyone featured in or connected to a case, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it (including administrative areas).

Third-party links

We link to external platforms and sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and embedded videos may become unavailable if a platform removes them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
